In the fields of manufacturing, SCANTECH´s adhesives offer a more efficient and cost effective method of assembling than those of conventional bolting, riveting etc.

SCANTECH´s technical adhesives include a wide range of high performance, single component, cyanoacrylate adhesives. Cyanoacrylate cures very quickly and has the ability to bond a wide variety of materials: metal, rubber, plastic, wood, ceramic etc.  Cyanoacrylates have excellent resistance to most hostile environments. The range includes unique high temperature grades that resist temperatures above 150º C, combined with excellent impact resistance performance.

SCANTECH´s epoxies, polyurethanes and acrylics offer our customers a unique high performance range of products. These products are chosen for their applicational versatility and repairable qualities. These products also provide extremely high tensile-, shear-, and peel strength. They are used both in maintenance application and manufacturing processes.

SCANTECH´s MS-polymers offer both flexible and multi purpose adhesives.  Ms-polymers remain permanently elastic and can be both varnished and painted. They are also free from isocyanides and silicon.

The range of technical adhesives include:
Activators: Speeds up cure time, allowing cyanoacrylate to harden on      open surfaces.
Primers: Promotes adhesion with low surface energy plastic such as PP, PTFE, Polythene, silicone etc.
Removers: For the de-bonding of cyanoacrylate.
Cleaners: Provides a clean, grease free, surface in preparation for         bonding.
